Conduct tele-calling, WhatsApp conversations, and emails to build trust and ensure smooth onboarding. Promote and sell SpotLet's subscription plans , highlighting premium features tailored to client needs. Engage with leads regularly to resolve queries, address objections, and drive conversions. Maintain organized records of client communications, lead status, and progress using CRM or internal tools. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on outreach, verifications, and onboardings.
